We have an immediate opening for a Polishing Machine Operator.
This is a permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours per week and group extended health advantages for you and your family will be provided after successful completion of the probation period.
Job Duties:
Operating polishing machine
Loading and unloading of equipment onto polishing machine by lifting and/or using hoists and cranes
Taking and recording measurements to ensure products meet specifications
Using various hand tools
Verifying paperwork and using product scanners for tracking purposes
Work Schedule:
The first six (6)
weeks training is scheduled during the 7:30am – 4pm shift.
After training is completed, the working shift will change to 4pm- 12:30am.
Qualifications:
No experience necessary as training will be provided.
Candidate must be physically fit.
Must be able to stay mentally alert while performing repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
Possesses good hand / eye coordination.
Ability to wear a respirator, hearing protection, safety glasses and safety boots.
Possess a strong work ethic in a positive manner with a “get the job done” attitude.
