Duties
Assist lead plumbers with installing pool plumbing systems, including pipes, filters, pumps, and valves
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, assemble, and secure plumbing components according to schematics and blueprints
Support the setup and maintenance of pool equipment such as HVAC units and filtration systems
Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation and repairs
Help with carpentry tasks related to pool construction projects, including framing and structural adjustments




Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely
Support welding, assembly, and routine maintenance tasks on pool systems as needed

Requirements
Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in plumbing or construction work
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprint reading
Experience or interest in carpentry, HVAC systems, or welding is a plus
Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills on the job
Good physical condition to stand, lift, bend, and work in various outdoor conditions
Previous construction or plumbing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
