Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting frames, lenses, and optical accessories based on their preferences and prescriptions
Maintain accurate records of patient information, prescriptions, and laboratory orders using optical management software .
Provide information on optical products, including lens options, coatings,
and frame styles to enhance customer satisfaction
Manage retail sales transactions efficiently while promoting additional products and services to meet sales targets
Keep the optical area clean, organized, and fully stocked to create an inviting shopping setting
Requirements
Experience working in retail sales or customer service environments with a focus on sales .
Solid communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally
