About the Role Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a OT Program Manager in the Utilities in a hybrid work setting in Calgary, Alberta.

Lead a portfolio supported by:
2 Project Managers
2 Business Analysts
1 Organizational Change Manager Responsibilities - SCADA UpgradesADMS UpdgradesDERMS Upgrades
Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, operations teams, engineering groups, cyber security, and technology partners.
Manage program roadmap, dependencies, risks, budgets, vendors, and executive communications.

Requirements - 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
Significant experience delivering Operational Technology (OT) programs within utilities, energy, power generation, transmission, or distribution settings.
Proven experience managing large,



multi-stream portfolios with several project managers and business resources reporting into the program.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and external system integrators.

Compensation & Advantages - Total rewards:$120.00 hourly120/hr

Incorporated Payroll Additional Qualifications - Utility industry experience (electric, gas, transmission, distribution, or renewable energy).
OT Cyber Security program delivery
Knowledge of NERC-CIP, ISA/IEC 62443, or other OT security frameworks.
