Duties
Ensure continuous processing of product on production line.
Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials
Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
Feed and unload processing machines
Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
Assist in process and Production Line Manager in performing their duties
Clean machines and immediate work areas
Ability to follow Food safety guidelines in handling soybean process and recipes.
Ensure upmost quality in process and inform Manager of deficiencies as per requirements.
Ensure equipment is used as per the Standard Operating Policy
Work with other employees to take breaks and lunches.
Ensure policies and procedures are followed
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
Experience in food processing facilities is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures at all times.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
