We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pick and Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and safety. Your energetic approach will help ensure smooth warehouse operations, timely order fulfillment, and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities
Accurately pick customer orders using order picker equipment and warehouse management systems
Pack items securely, ensuring protection during transit and compliance with shipping standards
Load and unload shipments using heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, or cranes as needed
Operate heavy machinery safely, including forklifts and crane systems, adhering to all safety protocols
Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming stock and preparing outgoing shipments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace by following proper warehouse procedures




Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency and meet daily production goals

Requirements
Prior experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments
Mechanical knowledge or construction experience is a plus for understanding heavy equipment operation
Proficiency in order picking and shipping & receiving tasks
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, or cranes safely
Solid physical stamina for heavy lifting and load/unload activities throughout the shift
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory control software is advantageous
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management
