Parts Counterperson — Strathmore Motors

At Strathmore Motors, great service takes a team—and our Parts Department plays a big role in keeping our customers and our shop moving.

We’re looking for a Parts Counterperson who knows automotive parts, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in getting the details right. You’ll work closely with departments across the dealership and help walk-in customers find the parts they need.

If you’re organized, dependable, and ready to pitch in when things get busy, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do
Help customers and dealership staff find the right parts with friendly, knowledgeable service.
Locate, price, and order parts, keeping customers informed about availability, backorders, and order updates.
Receive and stock incoming freight accurately and keep the department neat and organized.
Count inventory and track parts orders and returns.
Process warranty claims and returns with care and attention to detail.
Deliver parts promptly and reliably.




Support your teammates and help keep the department running smoothly.

What you’ll bring
Experience preferred but not required
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Clear communication and a helpful, customer-focused approach.
The ability to stay on top of priorities in a busy dealership.
A team-first attitude and pride in a job well done.
A valid Alberta driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.

On-site at Strathmore Motors in Strathmore, Alberta.

Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting.
