We are looking for a friendly and organized Online Support Assistant to help customers through email, live chat, and phone. You will answer questions, assist with basic issues, update customer information, and make sure each request is handled accurately and efficiently.
Duties
Respond to customer questions through email, chat, and phone.
Provide explicit and helpful information about products and services.
Assist customers with basic account, order, and service-related questions.
Record customer interactions and update information in company systems.
Track support requests and follow up when needed.
Review customer concerns and help identify the best solution.
Maintain accurate and confidential customer records.
Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks.
Experience
Basic computer and typing skills.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to learn recent software and online systems.
Ability to manage several customer requests while staying organized.
Reliable, positive, and willing to learn.
Pay: $25.23-$35.19 per hour
