Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic growth plans for infrastructure practice
• Ensure technical excellence in project management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of consulting engineering experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer in British Columbia
• Proven business development background
• Robust communication and leadership skills
