As a Nurse Coordinator, you will facilitate both patient care and operations within the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Your role will involve managing a diverse patient portfolio, coordinating treatments such as IVF and Egg Donation, and ensuring quality compliance. Strong clinical skills and a passion for creative care are essential in this critical position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build confidence and trust with all patients
• Manage a large portfolio across treatment phases
• Coordinate care from Egg Freezing to Egg Donation
• Order essential and timely medications
• Monitor patients’ pre- and post-operative recovery

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and Licensed RN in Colorado
• Current ACLS certification
• Experience in fertility or surgical nursing preferred
• Commitment to compassionate patient care
• Ability to work rotational weekends and holidays
