EllisDon is hiring a Workday HCM Specialist to configure, maintain and optimize core HCM processes. You will work with HR, Payroll, Advantages, and IT to deliver scalable solutions and ensure data quality across the HR ecosystem.
You will support a hybrid work arrangement (Mississauga office two days per week) and occasional after-hours during system updates or peak activity. 3+ years of Workday Core HCM experience is required.
