Life Insurance Advisor | Remote | Commission Based

Maple Bay Financial Corp. is looking for motivated, client-focused Life Insurance Advisors to join our growing remote team across Canada.

This is a 100% commission-based, remote sales position for licensed insurance professionals who want the flexibility to manage their own schedule while working with prospects and providing personalized life insurance solutions.

About the Opportunity

As a Life Insurance Advisor in Manitoba , you’ll work directly with individuals and families across the province to understand their financial protection needs, recommend suitable life insurance solutions, and guide clients through the application process.

You’ll have access to leads, digital tools, proven sales processes, and ongoing coaching, so you can focus on what matters most—building relationships, helping clients find the right coverage, and growing a successful insurance career.

Our marketing system generates prospects from individuals who have requested information about life insurance. Advisors can focus on connecting with prospective clients rather than relying solely on their own prospecting.

100% Commission-Based Compensation

This is a performance-based compensation model with no fixed salary. Earnings are based on production and applicable commission schedules, with the opportunity for unlimited earnings based on individual performance.

Fully Remote

Work from home anywhere in Canada, where permitted, while serving clients through phone and digital communication.

Training, Coaching & Mentorship

Licensed advisors receive ongoing coaching, product guidance, sales support, and access to established processes and resources.



You will have support as you develop your sales skills and grow your client base.

Digital Tools & Technology

Use digital quoting platforms, online applications, CRM technology, and streamlined workflows to manage prospects, applications, and client follow-up efficiently.

Responsibilities

Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions

Present products, provide quotes, and guide clients through the application process

Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities in the CRM

Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive customer service

Maintain product knowledge and comply with licensing and regulatory requirements

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity . Advisors are responsible for their own taxes, licensing fees, and applicable business expenses.

What We're Looking For
Valid life insurance license in a Canadian province where we operate (excluding PEI and Quebec)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and comfortable with telephone-based sales

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach

Comfortable with CRM systems and technology

Strong follow-up and time-management skills

Sales experience is an asset
