ZTR seeks a skilled Controls Developer to provide engineering support, resolve product-related issues, and optimize control systems for our valued customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and drive continuous improvements. This role is suited for candidates with a background in Electrical Engineering, as you’ll lead product lifecycle initiatives and communicate technical information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-tier engineering support through troubleshooting
• Lead design and implementation of product lifecycle activities




• Select and validate sensors and electronic components
• Drive product improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts
• Develop and optimize project processes using JIRA and Confluence

Requirements:
• 5+ years in electrical engineering support
• 2+ years field service experience
• Degree in Electrical, Control, Mechatronics, or Electronics
• Proficient in PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.)
• Solid technical writing skills and understanding of control algorithms
