As part of NFI's dynamic team, the successful candidate will ensure data integrity and resolve user access issues for NX Designcenter and Teamcenter PLM applications. Your technical expertise will help maintain CAD assemblies and support engineering change processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide system administration for NX Designcenter and Teamcenter PLM
• Resolve user access and help desk support requests promptly
• Create and manage CAD assemblies and bill of material data




• Monitor system performance and data quality for engineering applications
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and find solutions

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support or systems administration
• Familiarity with CAD, PLM systems, and Oracle EBS ERP
• Strong communication skills with user support focus
• Excellent multitasking abilities in rapid-paced settings
• Passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
