• Manage all Fairs & Events shipments' documentation
• Coordinate timely customs clearance and freight bookings
• Prepare manifests and manage onsite operations
• Maintain financial oversight including billing and collections
• Follow up on exhibitor lists to secure new business

Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent education
• Over 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility for show hours and travel
