In this full-time position, you will bring your expertise in thermal analysis, structural engineering, and damage tolerance to a recognized leader in aerospace innovation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 4-7 years or a Master’s/PhD with 2-5 years of relevant experience. You will plan and execute complex analysis for component/system designs while collaborating with integrated product teams from design through production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute thermal and structural analysis projects
• Optimize designs using 3D finite element stress analysis
• Determine test objectives on rig/test cell hardware
• Participate in research for component durability
• Present findings in design reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4-7 years experience
• Master’s/PhD with 2-5 years experience
• Basic heat transfer knowledge required
• Familiarity with CFD as an asset
• Overtime and weekend support may be required
