The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a supervisor to join our team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is headquartered in Mirabel, in the greater Montreal area, where the vibrant city of Montreal is just a stone’s throw away.

Manage your team’s performance using KPI’s

- Manage the workload and individual performance of unionized employees
- Ensure continuous improvement, in particular with the application of the problem‑solving process
- Identify, document and standardize the key processes leading to the achievement of objectives
- You have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a unionized setting, ideally in the manufacturing or aerospace industry
- You have excellent management skills
- You demonstrate very strong leadership, judgment, flexibility and are able to work with minimal supervision
- You have a good understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement




- You are fluent in French and English

- Gérer la charge de travail et la performance individuelle des employés syndiqués
- Assurer l’amélioration continue,



notamment avec l'application du processus de résolution de problèmes
- Vous détenez un diplôme d'études professionnelles ou collégiales
- Vous détenez un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion dans un milieu syndiqué, dans l'industrie manufacturière ou aérospatiale idéalement
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en gestion
- Vous faites preuve d'un leadership, d'un jugement, d'une flexibilité très forte et êtes capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision
- Vous avez une bonne compréhension des principes du lean manufacturing et de l'amélioration continue
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais
