Position Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Case Managers, Disability Specialists and Associate Managers.
- Make follow-up phone calls and/or send written communication to Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, medical professionals and vendors.
- Reach out to Plan Members by phone to complete functional telephone interviews.
- Keep claim files up-to-date and accurate.
- Support payment of invoices.
- Update Plan Member banking information.
Required Qualifications:
- You are currently studying in an undergraduate program like Nursing, Health Sciences, or Mental Health.
- You have great organizational skills and can communicate well both in writing and speaking.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You can manage working on your own and love being part of a team.
- You are good at juggling multiple tasks at once.
- You have some basic knowledge about claims processing and health insurance.
- You have had some experience in customer service or administrative work.

Salary range is expected to be between
$39,000.00 CAD - $44,850.00 CAD
The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions,
geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term
