Reporting to the Director of Stations & Distribution Automation, the Manager of Stations (Design) is crucial for delivering productive station distribution system designs. You will manage a diverse team of engineers, ensuring timely completion of projects while adhering to technical and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include project oversight and ensuring resource deployment effectively meets budget and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and mentor engineers and technologists for project success • Oversee engineering and delivery of substation capital projects • Review and approve station designs and project changes • Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocations • Foster a strong safety culture through initiatives

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience • Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario • Minimum 7 years’ experience in electrical utility or similar • 5 years in leadership or project management roles • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
