Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities

Evaluate daily operations Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Conduct performance reviews Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities Leading/instructing individuals Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service Manage events Prepare and submit progress and other reports Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Cuisine specialties
