Responsibilities
Deliver protected, effective laser hair removal treatments tailored to each client’s skin type and hair removal goals
Perform body waxing services with precision, maintaining high standards of sanitation and client comfort
Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and ensure safety
Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in accordance with health regulations and company policies
Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement treatments and meet client needs
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client concerns,
answering questions, and creating a positive experience
Support team members with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client records
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience or training in body waxing techniques and best practices
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
Retail sales experience to effectively recommend products and enhance client satisfaction
Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn about new skincare treatments and technologies
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed
Requirements: 1–2 years of qualified experience in laser hair removal and waxing required.
