We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service team(Apprentice accepted as well). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise and customer service skills to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
Duties
Perform comprehensive automotive repairs including engine, transmission, brake, and suspension work
Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and hand tools
Utilize power tools and welding equipment for repairs and assembly tasks
Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides to accurately identify issues
Perform heavy lifting of vehicle parts and components safely and efficiently
Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
Experience
mechanic experience preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components
Experience with welding, schematics reading, and assembly processes advantageous
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures
Customer service experience is a plus for engaging effectively with clients
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work with physical endurance
Prior experience in automotive repair or related technical fields is highly desirable
