Bahay Health is currently seeking reliable Personal Support Workers and caregivers to support clients in Ajax, ON and the surrounding area.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in the community while remaining connected to a supportive nursing and care team.

Our caregivers provide one-on-one support in clients' homes, helping older adults maintain their routines, independence and quality of life.

What You'll Do
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming and dressing
Assist with toileting and incontinence care
Support protected mobility, transfers and repositioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Provide medication reminders
Support clients with dementia and other age-related changes
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Accompany clients to appointments and errands when required
Monitor for changes in health, mobility, behaviour or cognition
Communicate concerns promptly to the Bahay Health nursing team
Complete visit documentation accurately and on time

What We're Looking For
PSW certification or relevant caregiving experience
Experience working with seniors or providing home care is preferred
Valid CPR/First Aid




Vulnerable Sector Check
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
Robust verbal and written communication
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Comfortable travelling between clients within the Ajax area
