As part of the Community Services Department, you will deliver engaging freestyle coaching programs designed for athletes of all levels.

Your role includes enhancing participants' skills in freestyle techniques and ensuring their safety through responsible coaching practices. Promote an inclusive atmosphere that encourages confidence and development among all athletes. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver coaching focused on skill and enjoyment
Coach athletes in techniques like spins and rails
Adapt training plans to meet athlete needs
Provide constructive performance evaluation
Maintain a secure and positive training space Requirements:
Certification from Alberta Freestyle or Canada Freestyle
Previous freestyle skiing and coaching experience preferred
Solid interpersonal and mentoring skills
