Duties
Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and artistry
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic setting for clients and staff
Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to client preferences, offering expert advice, and creating personalized treatment plans
Upsell additional services such as body waxing or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue
Assist clients with retail sales by recommending suitable nail care products and other beauty items
Communicate clearly with clients about their treatments, aftercare instructions, and available promotions to foster loyalty
Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually improve skills and service offerings
Requirements
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and techniques
Knowledge of sanitation standards, sterilization procedures, and safety protocols in a salon environment
Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and promote services confidently
Ability to perform detailed nail care treatments with precision and creativity
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining genuine client relationships
Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed
