Society is hiring a Health Care Aide for the night shift starting ASAP and ending September 30, 2027. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide personalized support to residents, ensuring their privacy and independence. This role emphasizes advocacy and compassionate interactions to promote well-being in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
Engage in daily living assistance with respect for residents’ choices
Collaborate with the care team to report residents’ needs
Maintain care plans and adhere to quality standards
