The role

As a Machine Tender, you will safely operate molding machines, inspect and package finished parts, and help maintain efficient, high-quality production.

Shift:
Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 2:55 pm to 11:00 pm (shift premium $0.75/hr)
Midnight shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:55 pm to 7:00 am (shift premium $1.25/hr)

Reports to: Cell Leader

What You'll Do
Safely operate and tend injection molding machines
Inspect parts according to quality standards and document results
Record and properly dispose of rejected parts
Package and label finished products following work instructions
Report quality, equipment, and safety concerns promptly
Complete trimming, rework, and secondary operations as assigned
Communicate production information during shift changes
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support production targets and continuous improvement activities

What you’ll bring
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions




Basic math and communication skills
Solid attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfort using basic measuring tools
Ability to accurately identify colour-coded products and materials
Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods
Manufacturing or production experience is an asset, but training will be provided
