Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator/Labourer to join our agile manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production targets.

Duties
Operate water bottling machinery, working with the team to keep production running smoothly.
Calibrate and monitor equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot issues promptly, and ensure all equipment functions optimally.
Conduct quality control checks using measuring tools and ensure products meet specifications before packaging or assembly.
Assist with warehouse tasks including loading/unloading materials with forklifts and preparing finished goods for shipment.
Follow safety protocols diligently,



and adherence to manufacturing standards.

Skills
Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machine automation control is preferred, but we are willing to train you in these tasks.
Familiarity with warehouse operations including forklift operation and packaging procedures is preferred.
Understanding of quality control standards to ensure high-quality output consistently is preferred, but we are willing to train.
