Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing explicit instructions for coat check procedures
Efficiently check coats and personal belongings, issuing tickets and tracking items accurately
Manage guest inquiries with professionalism, offering assistance and directions as needed
Handle cash transactions securely for coat check services, maintaining accurate records
Ensure the coat check area remains organized, clean, and welcoming throughout the shift
Assist with crowd management during busy times,
maintaining a lively yet orderly environment
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences and uphold safety protocols
Qualifications
Experience working in customer service roles is highly valued
Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly and confidently with guests
Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent guest services with a friendly attitude
Comfortable working in agile settings with energetic crowds
Prior experience with guest services or event support is advantageous
