We are a full-service Cosmetic & Medical clinic looking for a full time, long term, highly motivated Medical Reception/Cosmetic Assistant. This will be a dynamic fusion role involving sales and online marketing for our medical grade skin care products and treatments as well as Medical Reception duties.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, providing excellent support to both patients and medical staff. This position requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, familiarity with medical terminology, and experience with electronic medical records systems.

Duties
Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar to optimize patient flow.
Handle phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and take messages as necessary.
Collect patient information and update electronic medical records accurately.
Assist with processing of patient forms.




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure productive patient care delivery.
Utilize software systems such as Accuro for record management and appointment scheduling.
Social Media marketing and advertising

Skills
Proven experience as a medical office assistant or in a similar front desk role within a medical office setting.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and administrative procedures relevant to healthcare environments.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent work ethic
Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems.
