Facilitate workshops and sessions with senior leaders
Develop evidence-based options and recommendations for change Requirements:
Minimum 6 years in organization design or management consulting
Deep expertise in governance and accountability structures
Skilled in critical analysis and strategic thinking
Robust facilitation and communication abilities
