Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service. Duties
Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards
Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and conducting interviews to build a robust team
Oversee food handling procedures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
Enforce cleanliness, sanitation,
and safety protocols across the kitchen area
Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality settings
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced settings
Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food industry regulations and restaurant operations
