CHEO is seeking a dedicated Staff Psychologist with a Ph.D. in clinical neuropsychology and experience in pediatric settings. In this role, you will work with inter-professional teams, providing comprehensive assessments, diagnostics, and interventions. You will also supervise psychology interns and psychometrists, contributing to quality improvement initiatives in rehabilitation and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct neuropsychological assessments for inpatients and outpatients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on assessment findings
• Provide counseling and intervention for children and youth
• Supervise and train pre-doctoral psychology interns
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives in the department
Requirements:
• Ph.D. in clinical neuropsychology from an accredited program
• Registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
• Experience in pediatric healthcare settings preferred
• Competence in comprehensive neuropsychological assessments
• Ability to work effectively in inter-qualified teams
