You will lead soft skills, sales, and account management training to embed key principles of the Structural Heart Disease commercial strategy. Collaborate with Canadian business leaders and stakeholders to translate tactical priorities into scalable learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training for soft skills and sales techniques

• Collaborate on targeted development program strategies and effectiveness
• Ensure project management across Structural Heart Disease initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8 years of experience
• Proven HR leadership and learning development knowledge
• Experience in managing complex learning programs
• Robust project management and facilitation skills
• Analytical abilities for program effectiveness evaluation
