Sales Manager - FFUN GMC Swan River

FFUN GMC Swan River is growing and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales team into the next stage of growth. We're seeking a strong automotive sales leader who knows how to build a team, drive performance and create an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead, coach and motivate the Sales team to achieve dealership targets

Manage day-to-day sales operations and activity

Support Product Specialists with deals, negotiations anc closing

Monitor sales performance, inventory and key dealership metrics

Develop strategies to increase sales and market share

Ensure customers receive an outstanding experience from start to finish

Maintain strong standards for follow-up, CRM use and customer retention

What We’re Looking For:

Proven success in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leadership role

Strong accountability mindset with a focus on performance

Exceptional sales, negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Comfortable coaching both new and experienced salespeople

High energy with the ability to motivate and drive a team

Robust understanding of CRM usage and sales process discipline

Consistent growth in unit sales and gross profit

High levels of daily activity accross the sales team

Strong appointment pipeline and showroom traffic

A well-trained, engaged and accountable sales team
