As WSP’s Intermediate Contract Administrator, you'll manage structural activities on the Centre Block project, a vital part of Canada's Parliamentary Precinct. Your expertise in contract compliance and structural engineering will be crucial in coordinating with various stakeholders and monitoring construction activities. This position emphasizes your role in maintaining project integrity and heritage preservation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review construction activities and document compliance in Field Observation Reports
• Coordinate site work with architectural and engineering leads
• Manage timely submittals for construction managers
• Monitor compliance with structural standards by testing agencies
• Respond accurately to RFIs to maintain contractual clarity
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in civil or structural engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience as a structural Contract Administrator
• Robust knowledge of Ontario Building Code and CSA standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Eligibility for Federal Government Enhanced Reliability Clearance
