Job Description

Coordinate project schedules and ensure all timelines are met.

Assist in resource allocation to ensure optimal project delivery.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Maintain accurate documentation and records for all project activities.

Facilitate communication between construction teams and management.

Identify and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines.

Support procurement activities, including tracking materials and supplies.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Coordinator should have:

Solid organizational and time-management skills.

Experience in coordinating residential projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in the construction industry.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

What's on Offer

Permanent position with a salary range of $65000 to $75000 CAD.
