Key Responsibilities:
• Audit and adjust crew schedules for legal compliance
• Monitor duty hours according to regulatory standards
• Maximize crew utilization for productivity
• Coordinate with Operations Control Center for disruptions
• Communicate updates clearly with crew members
Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience in a quick-paced environment
• Customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with Canadian Aviation Regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
