Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and process A/R payments in Modular
• Post A/P invoices and reconcile discrepancies
• Invoice members for annual dues
• Prepare vendor invoices for trade shows and allowances
• Manage office supplies and related purchases

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of related corporate experience
• Robust knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with Modular or similar software
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
