In this full-time role, you will oversee daily operations with full P&L; responsibility, guiding your team of installers and fostering client relationships. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed revenue and profit objectives while maintaining competitive pricing. Manage product sales and enhance customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily facility operations with P&L; management
• Lead and develop a team of skilled installers
• Drive product sales with Independent Installers and Dealerships




• Monitor customer usage and introduce new products
• Establish strong customer relationships as the key contact

Requirements:
• Associate degree or higher in Business or Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• 3+ years of sales experience in the automotive sector
• Robust negotiation and communication skills
