In this pivotal role, leverage over five years of experience managing large capital projects. Your expertise will support cost control services, including budget management, commitment management, and cash flow analysis. Collaborate with a energetic team while ensuring effective project delivery and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide cost control services for budget and commitment management
• Conduct quantity surveying and progress measurement support
• Create cashflows and Estimated Final Costs for projects




• Participate in contract development and warranty administration
• Develop reports for project approvals and contract awards

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of capital projects experience
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent
• Registered for AACE certifications or equivalent training
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Expertise in MRP systems like MAXIMO and SAP preferred
