As Director of People & Culture, you will shape strategies that support a dynamic team of around 50 employees during a pivotal transformation. You will oversee performance processes, facilitate internal communications, and act as a vital advisor to leadership. Your expertise will drive the development of a strong company culture, ensuring employees are aligned with the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead culture and engagement initiatives across a hybrid team
• Own performance management processes and their implementation




• Implement clear internal communications with leadership
• Advise department leads on people-related matters
• Uphold HRIS accuracy and compliance with Canadian law

Requirements:
• 7+ years in People roles, ideally in tech
• Proven track record in culture or performance management
• Experience in hybrid work culture development
• Robust knowledge of Ontario employment law
