Duties
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes to ensure timely meal service
Support cooking activities by following recipes and instructions from senior kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety standards
Handle food safely by practicing proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Serve meals efficiently to guests or staff in accordance with established service protocols
Support inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of shortages or equipment issues
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for everyone
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
