Duties
Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution
Perform basic carpentry tasks such as framing, trim installation, and woodwork assembly using hand tools and power tools
Support concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to ensure structural integrity
Conduct heavy lifting and material handling safely on-site while adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Demonstrated interest or experience in carpentry or woodworking; construction experience is highly valued
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards on-site
Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred but not mandatory
