Inkeros is looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive our brand forward, coordinate impactful marketing campaigns, and execute key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and produce digital and print materials, including content that supports internal training and development programs.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of events in partnership with the Events team.
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal stakeholders.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign and event performance, as required.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing function.
Qualifications & Experience
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role.
Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
