The Roaring Rolls is urgently hiring for an enthusiastic person with positive attitude to join their team. We are looking for a permanent/full time position with flexible schedule. We are currently hiring for a Line Line Cook/Kitchen Helper/tandoor chef.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Punctual, clean, organized and fast. Food safety certification an asset.
Prepare and cook Indian breads including naan, garlic naan, butter naan, roti, and other tandoor breads.
Prepare and cook tandoori dishes including tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, seekh kebab, malai tikka, and other grilled items.
Prepare marinades, sauces, spice mixes, and other ingredients required for tandoor dishes.
Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
Ability to work in a quick paced environment.
The tandoor chef shall assist in food preparation & helping the team with cutting, peeling & plating.




Assisting the team for faster order deliverance.
Assemble all dishes, cutlery, and glasses.
Load/Unload Dishwasher
Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use.
Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use.
Assemble food for take-outs and prepare takeout packages.
Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out the trash
Keep cupboards and storage area clean and organized
