Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our busy restaurant team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a robust understanding of food safety standards.

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced culinary setting.

Responsibilities
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
Take out garbage and recycling
Assist with basic food preparation when needed
Restock supplies
Support kitchen staff during busy periods
Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but training will be provided

Experience




Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory
