About Us La Brezza is one of Calgary’s most established Italian restaurants, known for authentic recipes and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for an enthusiastic Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help us deliver high-quality dishes to our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Complete daily prep tasks (chopping, portioning, sauces, stocks, etc.)
Ensure stations are clean, stocked, and ready for service
Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth and productive kitchen operations
Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Qualifications
Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar role (preferred)
Strong prep and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced,



team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for Italian cuisine is a robust asset
