Lead transformative projects at Vancouver Fraser Port Authority as the Infrastructure Delivery Manager for the RBT2 Program. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration and strategic delivery in complex infrastructure development.
As an Infrastructure Delivery Manager, you will oversee the management and successful completion of projects designed to enhance Canada’s supply chains. Your leadership will facilitate engagement with Indigenous groups and stakeholders while safeguarding VFPA's reputation. You will ensure compliance with environmental regulations, manage multidisciplinary teams, and report on project performance and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of RBT2 infrastructure projects
• Manage joint-delivery projects with Indigenous partners
• Build relationships with stakeholders and negotiate agreements
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards
• Oversee procurement and contractor performance management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management
• 5+ years managing complex infrastructure projects
• 3+ years in a leadership role preferred
• Experience in port operations or public consultation
• Qualified Engineer designation or PMP Certification preferred
