You will drive operational excellence, ensure deadlines are met, and develop enhanced cleaning techniques. Building strong client relationships and responding to concerns will be key while you travel locally 60% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operational activities across your region for efficiency
• Communicate policies and resolve performance issues effectively
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular check-ins




• Oversee current account setups and ensure contract compliance
• Travel within the region and support larger geographical needs

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience with mid-senior reports
• Valid driver’s license and excellent standing required
• Background in business finance, budgeting, and forecasting
• Preferred education in business or project management
• Previous experience in the janitorial industry preferred
